AISI (Alberta Initiative for School Improvement)
AISI
The term AISI stands for "Alberta Initiative for School Improvement." School jurisdictions receive funding from Alberta Education based on approved innovative project submissions that support the improvement of student learning.
2009/2010 marks the beginning of a new AISI 'cycle'. Each project cycle is approved for three years. Reporting is required annually. EIPS received funding for two new projects in Cycle IV: Optimizing Teaching and Learning in Math (K-12) and Transforming Learning through Technology.
