Administrative Procedure 418
The Division requires employees wishing to resign or retire from the employ of the Division to do so in accordance with the provisions of provincial statutes, collective agreements and Division administrative procedures.
- The employee wishing to resign or retire from employment with the Division shall submit a letter of resignation to the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources specifying the last day of performance of assigned duties.
- On his or her last day of work, the employee must return to his or her immediate supervisor the following:
- ID card;
- Division purchase card;
- Division-owned electronic devices; and
- any other Division-owned resources or property.
