Sherwood Park, AB. — Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) invites all school families and community members to attend two Drop-in Information Nights regarding the Wye Elementary replacement school on September 26 and October 5.

The replacement school is being relocated to Heritage Hills Park in Sherwood Park and will have a K-6 grade configuration. In addition, it will accommodate an influx of students with an anticipated student capacity of 650.

At the Drop-in Information Nights, EIPS will outline the preliminary site plans, offer timelines for the project, introduce the architect team and gather feedback from the community.

Make sure to attend to:

  • learn more about the design process
  • talk to representatives from EIPS and Wye Elementary
  • meet the architect team
  • ask questions
  • provide your input
