Currently, EIPS is collecting positive stories from the school community to use during collaborative staff learning sessions—planned throughout the year. The hope: These real-life stories will build capacity, enhance pedagogical practices, and ultimately enhance student learning.

The personal information collected on this form is for the purpose of gathering positive stories about the impact staff have had on the lives of Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) students. If provided, only first names of the student or parent/guardian will be shared together with the story, and the stories will only be shared internally within EIPS. The collection of this information is authorized pursuant to the Protection of Privacy Act, section 4(c). It is used and disclosed pursuant to the Protection of Privacy Act, sections 4, 5, 10, 12, 13 and 14.
