Save time and money by paying your transportation fees online - wherever you want, whenever you want! This page includes the following information about paying Student Transportation fees online:

  1. For current EIPS students
  2. For new EIPS students starting in September
  3. For EICS students accessing transportation services provided by EIPS
  4. Ordering a replacement bus pass

Please remember, all transportation fees are due June 30 each year.

If you have any questions about the invoice you receive or paying your fees online, please contact EIPS’ Student Transportation by email, using the online contact form, or by calling 780-417-8151.

For Current EIPS Students

If your child is already attending an EIPS school in the current year, you can review and pay next year's transportation fees by logging into the PowerSchool Parent Portal the same way you usually do. You do not need to create a new Parent Portal account in order to pay transportation fees. Once you are logged into the Parent Portal, click on the student fees icon (the green dollar sign) under the navigation menu. Click on the appropriate student name tab to review a detailed summary of fees. School fee information is listed on the tabs that include just the student’s name; transportation fee information is listed on the tabs that include the student’s name in all capital letters followed by ‘(Bus)’.

Please note: Each of your children already attending an EIPS school must be linked to your Parent Portal account in order for you to be able to view and pay their transportation fees through this system. Visit our PowerSchool page for instructions on how to create a Parent Portal account and link all of your children to that single account.

For New EIPS Students Starting in September

***If you experience issues registering your child on the Student Quick Pay system please contact Student Transportation with your child's information***

If your child will be a new EIPS student beginning in the next school year, your child’s information will not yet be visible through the PowerSchool Parent Portal until September. You can review and pay your transportation fees by logging directly into the Student Quick Pay system. You will be prompted to sign up for an account (as a parent), and then you will use the ASN student ID number (“Stu ID”) and student last name as listed on the transportation fee invoice you receive in order to link your child with your newly created parent account. Once you have linked your child with your parent account, click on the appropriate student name tab to review a detailed summary of fees.

Please note: If you have children already attending an EIPS school in the current school year and another one starting in the next school year, you will have to pay portions of your Student Transportation fees through two different systems.

For EICS Students

EICS families accessing transportation services provided by EIPS can review and pay their transportation fees online through the Student Quick Pay system. You will be prompted to sign up for an account (as a parent), and then you will use the ASN student ID number (“Stu ID”) and student last name as listed on the transportation fee invoice you receive in order to link your child with your newly created parent account. If you do not know your child's ASN you can locate it using the this link. Repeat the linking process as needed if you have more than one child to ensure you can view the fee information for all of your children in the system. Once you have linked your child with your parent account, click on the appropriate student name tab to review a detailed summary of fees.

Ordering a Replacement Bus Pass

Families are charged $20 for a replacement bus pass required at any point during the school year. Through the new online payment system, parents can pay this $20 fee online at any time and simply take the receipt to your child’s school or the Student Transportation office (located at 683 Wye Road, Sherwood Park) to be issued a replacement pass.

Once you have logged into the online payment system (either through the Parent Portal or directly through Student Quick Pay), simply select “Bus Pass Replacement Fee” from the list of Additional Items under the applicable child’s transportation tab, and follow the steps to pay the $20 fee. Please note that this fee is non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please ensure you print a copy of the receipt you receive, as it will be required as proof of payment in order for your child’s school office staff to be able to issue a replacement pass.
